Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run the game, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Account details. With email login: your email address. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication, and we never see it. With Telegram login: your Telegram user id, name, username and profile photo link, as shared by Telegram.
• Game data. Your display name, TRIO balance and history, tables and hands played, staking, stats and rank.
• Table chat. Messages and emotes you send at a table. Other players at that table can see them.
• Technical data. IP address, device and browser details, processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
• Usage analytics. Aggregated information about how the site is used, through Google Analytics for Firebase.

Why we use it

• To create your account and log you in.
• To run games, keep balances and show leaderboards.
• To keep play fair: detecting bots, cheating and abuse, and enforcing our Terms.
• To keep the service secure and improve it.

What others can see

Your display name, rank and TRIO totals can appear on the public leaderboard. Players at your table see your display name, your actions and your chat. Your email and Telegram id are never shown to other players.

Who helps us run PokerTrio

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and security.
• Google Firebase: authentication and analytics.
• Telegram: only if you use Telegram login or the mini app.

We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and local storage

Your browser stores your login session (Firebase) and your preferences, such as language, sound and music. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data. We may keep limited records where needed for security, fair play or legal reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU/EEA or UK), you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

PokerTrio is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
