Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of PokerTrio (pokertrio.com and the PokerTrio Telegram mini app). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PokerTrio.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old, and it must be legal for you to use a free-to-play poker game where you live. You are responsible for following your local laws.

2. Your account

One account per person. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for everything done through your account. Your display name must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may change or remove names that break these rules.

3. TRIO has no monetary value

All games, balances, prizes, staking and leaderboards on PokerTrio use TRIO, a speculative prelaunch play coin. TRIO:

• is not money, e-money, a cryptocurrency, a security or a financial product;
• cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred or withdrawn for cash, crypto, goods or anything else of value;
• exists only as an entry in our game records, which we may correct, adjust or reset.

Dollar amounts, “reference prices” and table names such as “$5” are labels and hypothetical illustrations only. They do not mean real money is involved.

4. A possible future launch

TRIO may or may not be launched as a real token in the future. Any launch depends on community activity and is entirely at our discretion. We have no obligation to launch TRIO, and a prelaunch balance gives you no right, claim or entitlement to any future token, payment or value.

5. Staking

Staking is a game feature. Staked TRIO and staking rewards (including anything shown as “APR”) are virtual TRIO with no monetary value. Staking adds no monetary value, and any gains are purely speculative. Rates, pools, lock periods and the feature itself may change or end at any time.

6. We are not a financial service or a casino

PokerTrio is not gambling with money and is not financially active in any way. We don't accept deposits, make payouts, hold funds, or provide investment, exchange, banking or payment services. Nothing on PokerTrio is financial advice.

7. Fair play

Play your own hands, yourself. The following are not allowed:

• bots, scripts, automation or any software that plays or makes decisions for you;
• collusion, sharing cards, soft-playing or deliberately losing chips to another player;
• multiple accounts, or using someone else's account;
• exploiting bugs, and tampering with, overloading or reverse-engineering the service;
• any other way of gaining an unfair advantage.

Some tables include computer opponents, marked “AI”. They are part of the game, not other players.

8. Bans and enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend, ban or remove any user we believe is cheating in any way or breaking these terms. We may also remove or reset their TRIO balances, staking, stats and ranks, and remove them from the leaderboards. Because TRIO has no monetary value, no compensation is owed.

9. Table chat

Be decent. No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, advertising or illegal content. We may remove messages and restrict or ban accounts that break this rule.

10. The service

PokerTrio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it, including games, balances, rankings and features, at any time. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of TRIO, rankings or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
